Before you go
Have these handy.
You’ll be asked what the payment is for, so it helps to have your event date and the name your event is booked under in front of you. Including both in the payment memo means it gets applied to your event straight away rather than sitting while we reconcile it.
Several payment methods are available on the gateway. If you’d like to pay by Venmo, contact the office first — we’ll issue an official request for the exact amount due so nothing gets lost.
A note on payment safety
Wedding vendors are a common target for payment scams, and the usual trick is a message that looks like it came from us asking you to send money somewhere new.
We will never contact you out of the blue with new payment details, a different account, or an urgent request to pay by gift card or wire transfer. Our payment options are the ones listed on the gateway above — nowhere else.
If anything about a payment request feels off, stop and call us at (502) 509-3335 before sending anything. We would far rather answer a quick call than help you chase money afterward.
